Description: 

The City of Red Deer is in need to install a fall arrest system for the roof of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 5408 – 54 Avenue, Red Deer. This system will allow the WTP personnel to access spot lights, electrical junction boxes and roof vents; while adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Code for Fall Protection.

The WTP in addition has recently had a roof replacement completed in 2015, installing a S.B.S. Modified Bitumen Membrane. The roof is currently under a 15 year warranty certified by ARCA Warranty Ltd.
