The City of Red Deer (the “City”) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for contracting services related to the River Bend Golf Course Improvements (the Deliverables). 

The purpose of this project is to retain a contractor to renovate the golf course features and replace the aging golf course irrigation system to enhance course playability and elevate the course to modern standards. It is expected the successful contractor will have recent golf course renovation experience completing projects of a similar size and scope, and within the proposed timeline. The successful contracting team will also have recent experience that includes the replacement or substantial upgrades to a golf course irrigation system. 

The goal of this renovation project is to bring Riverbend Golf Course up to industry standards and enhance the pace of play and the quality of the natural environment while striving for Audobon Sanctuary Certification in golf course management.
