This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services (the Deliverables) for the Electric Light and Power Planning Projects 2025-2029 as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. 

The proponent may deliver a component, or components or full EPC service as deemed by the City, based on the requirements of each project.
