This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY ASSESSMENT AND LONG-TERM INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. This planning document will guide long-term upgrades, site optimization, and future land use planning at the City’s Waste Management Facility (WMF), addressing operational efficiency, environmental compliance, and community service improvements. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
