The successful Respondent is responsible for providing and overseeing all necessary elements for the project’s smooth execution and completion. This includes material, equipment, labour, transportation, construction machinery, tools, temporary facilities, utilities, and any other necessary components, whether temporary or permanent, and whether they are directly part of the project’s services or not.

The Phase B2 Underground Utilities scope of work for construction services includes, but is not limited to:

1. Site demolition and excavation

2. Temporary stockpiling, testing (by others) and hauling saline-contaminated soils offsite.

3. Storm, sanitary and water underground utilities

4. Maintenance
