The City of Red Deer is inviting proposals for Engineering Consultant Services – Oxbows Park and Queens Drive South Roadway Improvements.

The project involves assessing two existing gravel roadways and developing appropriate rehabilitation and chipseal solutions based on site conditions, traffic, drainage, geotechnical considerations, constructability, lifecycle cost, and anticipated service life. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, procurement support, and provisional construction and post-construction services.
