This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of the Deliverables as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of consulting services for the 2020 Asphalt, Concrete, and Granular Compliance Testing Services Program. The timeline for provision of consulting services will be from the date of award of the contract to March 31, 2021 with provision for extending the contract for an additional four years in one year increments at The City’s sole discretion.
