| Description: |
To supply The City of Red Deer Transit Department with its requirements of Transit Uniform Garments (the Deliverables), from the date of execution until December 31, 2020. The City may extend this Agreement for a further three (3) year period in one (1) year increments, at The City’s sole discretion. The Deliverables required are as stated in the Specifications and Pricing form attached as Appendix B. The estimated annual requirement for each item is shown on Appendix B and is to be used only as a guide to the respondent. The City of Red Deer does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity of any particular item during the tenure of this contract. Required quantities of each item may vary from year to year. Sizes for garments required shall be supplied to the successful respondent(s) when orders are placed. The successful respondent shall maintain adequate stocks of these items to ensure prompt supply upon notification of a requirement. |
