This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Upgrades and Replacements to Various Heating and Ventilation Components for the City of Red Deer Waste Water Treatment Plant.
The heating ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems in Plant 2 and portions of Plant 1 have been assessed to determine required maintenance and upgrades and an engineering design has been completed to address the required upgrades and replacements. |
