This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of one (1) Vibratory Roller Packer as set out in this section of the RFP.  The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The City reserves the right at its sole discretion to purchase additional units – approximately two (2) over a five (5) year period commencing on the date of contract execution.
