The Electric Utility is seeking proposals for concrete vault inspections, condition assessments, and where required, rehabilitation methods and the implementation of said methods. The contract will allow for the provisional inclusion of additional vaults for inspections, condition assessments, and where required, remediation upon mutual agreement on pricing and terms. Different from previous competitions, we are not entirely sure of the duration for this work or if this should be a pilot to better understand what is involved. There are 42 vaults, plus manholes, large pull boxes and other civil concrete infrastructure that may require inspection and/or remediation.
