This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of general bridge engineering services (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP.   The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.

 

The initial Agreement will terminate on December 31, 2023 and all deliverables described in this RFP must be finalized prior to that date.  The City reserves the right at its sole discretion, to offer three years extension, in one-year increments to the successful Proponent
