Each selected roadway has different scope of work depending on the rehabilitation strategy. In general, this project includes, but is not limited to, concrete replacement, asphalt milling and paving, roadway excavation, reconstruction of road structure, catch basins and leads replacement, installation of frost treatment, and site restoration. The project will focus on the rehabilitation of the following roadways: 

  • Barrett Drive: Bettenson Street to Bower Mall East Entrance
  • Alberts Close Lanes
  • Marion Crescent and Manning Street
