The City of Red Deer (the “City”) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for the Agora Campus Site Signage Construction and Installation. The submission deadline for this RFQ is December 6, 2018 at 1:30:59 PM Alberta Time.

Background

The City of Red Deer is currently implementing a multi-phase project to develop and install signage at a community campus site owned and jointly managed by three School Districts and the Recreation, Parks and Culture department. This site is a single location with multiple addresses (2700 67th St. and 2900 67th St.), which is the combined site is known as Agora Campus. Buildings and amenities on the site currently include the St. Joseph High School, Red Deer Royals Field House, Red Deer Pickelball Facilities, and Motorworks Fields. This growth site plan also includes a future Public High School, a Francophone School, additional parking and additional future outdoor recreation amenities. 

The City of Red Deer and our site partners have previously planned and adopted a sign system for this site. The work previously completed included both conceptual sign planning, location planning, implementation phases, detailed construction designs, and color artwork for all signs on the site.

For the phase under the terms of this RFQ, The City is looking to have an entrance sign, parking lot signs, wayfinding signs, and sports field signs produced and installed at this site. The sign standards will follow the Artwork and detailed designs which are attached to this RFQ.
