This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of day to day on site management and operation of the City of Red Deer Waste Management Facility located at 1709 – 40 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta (the Deliverables) as set out in the RFP.  The term of this agreement will be from January 1, 2021 until December 31, 2027 with provision for an extension of three (3) years, at the City’s sole discretion. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
