This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Engineering and Architectural Consulting Services related to the Capstone redevelopment project, as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.

It is the City’s intention to enter into an agreement with one Proponent for a period of five (5) years to provide services for the above noted projects and others, with an option to extend for a further five (5) years in one- or two-year increments. It is the City’s intention to complete detailed design for all projects identified within the initial five-year period as well as construction for the Green Spine Park Phase 2 and Site Grading and Servicing for Parcels A, B, H, M and N. Construction timing for other projects will depend on development progress and budget.
