This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Design-Build Services of a Live Fire Training Tower (the Deliverables) as set out in Section 2 of this RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
