The purpose of this RFP is to complete a Phase 2 ESA to assess impacts identified in 1991 during the decommissioning of the railyards. The successful proponent will develop a pragmatic scope of work to delineate the known impacts and assist in developing a remedial action plan. This assessment will focus on the known impacts to inform decisions on land use planning and additional funding for the management and/or remediation requirements.
