This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The City of Red Deer (The City) to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Detailed Design for the Northland Drive (Highway 11A) Twinning and Intersection Improvements (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP.  The selected Proponent will be requested to
enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
