This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision
of site grading for surface drainage and constructed improvements for Phase 5 of the cemetery development expansion plan (the Deliverables); at the Alto Reste Cemetery located east of Red Deer on Highway 11 and Range Road 270as set out in this section of the RFP.
