This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The City to submit non-binding proposals for the design, supply, delivery, and installation (the “Project”) as set out in Section 2 of this RFP. The selected proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with The City for the provision of Playground Structures for the GH Dawe Centre site in Red Deer, Alberta. |
