This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of consultingservices for renovations to the Vestibule & adjacent areas at the Water Treatment Plant (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. |
